6.风阀在工业环境和建筑环境中应用广泛,以下是几种常见的风口分类及其特点:
(1)手动调节阀
目前工程上应用较多的是对开多叶调节阀,其作用是对风管系统的分支管路进行手动风量调节分配,无需远程自控,仅通过初平衡调节即可达到系统风量分配的要求,其应用较为简单。
(2)电动调节阀
安装在空调、通风系统的风管上,用来调节支管的风量,也可用于新风与回风的混合调节。采用电动开启或关闭阀门,输出开闭电信号。与自控系统配套,自动控制调节风量。电动执行机构应具有远距离电动控制和现场手动控制的功能,并设置手动/电动操作转换把手,具有机械和电气两种限位装置,并且具有电动控制启停、手/自动转换、故障报警、启停状态反馈等功能。
(3)防烟防火阀
安装在通风空调系统的送、回风管路上,起防烟阻火的作用。
通常分为电动式和手动式两种,相同点是其平时工作均呈常开状态,熔断关闭温度均为70℃,风阀均可调节开度;不同点是动作方式和复位方式,电动式是通过输入的电信号(DC24V),执行机构内的电磁铁通电动作,阀门自动关闭;手动式是手动关闭或70℃熔断器动作关闭。
按其用途又可分为防火阀和防火调节阀。相同点是其熔断。
关闭温度均为70℃,一般产品均可手动关闭。不同点是防火调节阀用于有防火要求且需要调节风量的风管系统中,具有手动关闭、手动复位、电动关闭、电动复位、电信号输入输出与风机连锁等功能。
(4)排烟防火阀
排烟防火阀安装在单独排烟或排风、排烟合用的系统中,平时工作呈常开状态,火灾时当管道内烟气温度达到280℃时熔断关闭。
具体应用中排烟防火阀的常开、常闭设置要求,还得依据排烟口的形式而定。如果排烟口是常闭的,那么就应该设常开的排烟防火阀,如果排烟口是常开的,那么就应该设常闭的排烟防火阀,如果排烟口设置的是带防火阀的专用排烟口,那么排烟支管上就不再设排烟防火阀。
